You can delete your Petiketi account, and everything in it, at any time.
In the app
- Open Petiketi and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete my account.
It happens straight away and cannot be undone. We send a short email to confirm.
Without the app
Email info@petiketi.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We will check it is really you, and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and everything linked to it: your companions, your conversations and what your pet remembers, reminders, daily goals, money entries, coins, items, rooms and achievements. We keep nothing, except anything the law requires us to keep.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings, or you will still be charged.
