These terms are the agreement between you and Petiketi when you use the app. Please read them — they are short. If you do not agree, please do not use Petiketi.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 to use Petiketi.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give a real email address, so you can recover your account and we can reach you about it.
Your pet is an AI
Your pet's replies are written by an AI. It can be wrong, and it does not know you the way a person does. It is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or counsellor, and nothing it says is professional advice.
If you are ever in danger, or thinking about hurting yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a helpline straight away. Your pet will point you to help, but it cannot give it.
Using Petiketi fairly
Please do not use Petiketi to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to make your pet produce harmful content. Do not try to break, overload or get around the app's limits, or access other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
What you write
What you write is yours. You allow us to store and process it to run Petiketi for you — including sending it to our AI provider to write your pet's replies, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Coins, items, rooms and pets are part of the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account.
- Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their rules, including for refunds.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Petiketi account does not cancel it.
- If a price changes, you will be told before it applies to you.
Ending
You can stop using Petiketi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why when we can.
Changes
Petiketi will change and grow, and so may these terms. When we make an important change, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
The small print
We work hard to keep Petiketi running and your data safe, but the app is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law.
